The unlikely singing sensation that is Susan Boyle, has revealed that she has never been married, has never had a boyfriend and has never even been kissed.

Some shallow people have made unkind comments about her looks which I feel are unfair. Beauty is only skin deep and you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover.

I'm with Hetzer.

EVERYONE was thinking that whatever she was going to do would be truly awful, purely by her appearance, including me.

What followed caused me to recoil in shock.

Hearing it every night in London is not the same as hearing it from someone who you have just judged solely on her appearance, and singing it as good as any professional ever could.

She has an astonishing talent, and this is only the beginning. She was born with slight brain damage apparently, i'm not sure what effect it has had on her, but perhaps it's something to do with the way she has turned out 'never been kissed'.

This will go 2 ways, either she will harness it and win the show, or lose it and not do so well.

What is certain though is that she's alrady made her mark, from ONE song, ONE appearance on some shite talent show.

I could almost hear the cogs in Cowells head turning, those were cogs of profit, and record deals should it go in her favour.

Good on her, we all should have the bottle to go and do something like that. Not that i can sing a note, but that's not the point. It's taken her until she is almost 50 to have the courae to do what she's done, put that in perspective against the idiots that got up there and 'sang' because their mates told them they had a good voice after 10 pints of cheap cider, and it becomes clearer.
