So whats the best way to make one? Using a dremel (which i dont have)? Or what can i use?

Thanks.

Angle grinder, about £15 from DIY shops. Just watch your fingers.

Thought of that, and i have one but didnt think it would be accurate?

Any more ideas, i just want to do it once and not have to buy lots of sockets.

Thanks.

Depends on how handy you are with a grinder. Obviously clamp either the grinder or the socket down then just grind away. I have done all sorts of things with my trusty grinder.

Paint the end of the nut then push the socket onto it, this would give you a template where to cut.

Honda part number: 077160020203

Reversable, 1/2" drive, impact grade, lock nut wrench, 26mm and 30mm. £21 from David Silvers.

TOTALLY worth the money. Take it and the bike to someone with an air impact spanner (eg. local tyre fitters). Nut will be off in less than 5 seconds then put it back on and nip it up tight enough to get you home using a hand tool. Remove at your leisure.
