So how long would it be before my radio fvcked over my battery?

You're having a party in your car? I imagine a good few hours before the battery went flat. |

No it's in a field
But the field is quite a bit away from houses so there's no electric. ____________________ We are the Patriots! Love your country. |

It depends on your ICE system (and the car/battery size), some systems are pretty thirsty for power if you have lots of subs etc ... but if it is all standard then it'll last longer than you can keep drinkin'/dancin' ____________________ The purpose of life is to fight maturity. |

Also depends on the battery, how well it holds its charge, whether he will start the engine periodically to recharge it, the ambient temperature, if interior car lights are also on, whether the headlights are on etc etc etc
Might as well ask about the string ____________________ Fallen Angel "Nae sniffing my seat now!!!!! "

Most cars these days have a timeout on the radio when the ignition is switched to "Acc", so you'll be resetting it every 20-30 mins anyway. Unless you were planning on leaving the ignition on? In which case you will probably fry your coil(s) and end up with a dead car in the middle of a field.
