what would you do if you parents including bro and sis (sis has special needs and is 15) lived beside two nut cases. One is a pedo, granny rapist and just a vile waste of skin and needs to be shot.And his girlfriend is some sort of walking mental illness who claims everyone is talking about her and phones police. You wouldn't be happy would you?

you would be even more unhappy if he was taking down the reg of your bike and going to the police and claiming he had a bike gang going to beat him up

Let me explain. These two have kids. God love them the social services are there every week as he is on the sex offenders list. This is a council estate . he beat my mums friend and her dad up with his gf while holding a baby 2 years ago and recently got of with it with 2 years suspended sentence. He terriosed her family and has now turned on my mum as my brother taped the whole thing (the beating) Apparently his record has made a barrister ill reading it.

They make things up that didnt happen. when they where found guilty of assault they told everyone they got off with it?? weird childish things etc I think they want to make it look like they are the victims. They are very predictable and easy to read. IQs of a glass of water.

He was sexually harassing the women he beat ups daughter who was 16 , sitting outside her school , got her phone number and threatened to rape her. Guess what she was raped two weeks ago, bagged and thrown into the back of a car when coming out of a teenage disco and raped. Her legs are black and blue and she is traumatised. The case of sexual assault was dropped by police or a judge? not enough evidence apparently. despite having him on camera making gestures to her and blowing kisses. I do worry about my sister who has the mind of a 5 year old and cant talk right being out on the street, by the way these ones where caught that raped her and knew him How nice of them to put a known sex offender and pedo beside a vulnerable child and living with children. Human rights? I believe you lose them when you ruin someone elses life. He also beat an old man up for money at xmas who is to afraid to go to the police.

So yesterday when my other half was delivering my mum her paper as he was on the way to his mums on my bike he is taking the reg of the bike and other half sees this in the mirror and isnt happy so turns around and asks what he is at,apparently they are suing for him and my mum talking about them??? wtf? nothing was said about them only about our son. They marched to the police claiming that they are in fear now for their lives as bikers will come after them (really stupid person to start a row with my OH)

Police where at my mums and she was shaking in fear. This happens a lot and I only found out this is not the first time they have stormed out of their house when mu mum is trying to talk to anyone. My mum knows the women he raped, and he raped his grandmother, has fiddled with kids, even his own and has over 50 convictions. But she dosnt want to even have him look at her she dosnt need the stress. The police havnt been here yet? they arnt to worried.

I spoke to the housing association but I cant complain and I dont live there they said and is a long process to get rid of them involving judges.

maybe he took my plates down to have me watched and possibly raped? you may think I am over reacting but he was stalking that girl and had the same done to there.

would anyone like a sex offender and a pedo as a neighbour?

I wont be hiding away like his victims I want that cunt put away. he knows the law, he knows he gets away with everything and he pushes and pushes.

question: can I take a pic of him? can I use this pic to make a website on get rid of the pedo sex offender and have everyone know about him anonymously . He was in one of the Sunday papers not so long ago and was raging because his past was dragged up. Showed stills from the vid of him beating that women. says he wasnt even there to the judge .
Since the law is not on victims sides can they find out its me if i do some sort of bebo page and rally up support and make his face more known?

I want his life more hell than he ever imagined.
ps i am glad he is scared of biker gangs, I hope his paranoid mind eats him. He wont leave his house after 8pm he has that many people want him dead.

since the law is shit what can I do, they are paranoid enough as it is I want to mess with that. They mess with my family I mess with them . I think he goes away if he starts any more trouble with that suspended sentence.

If you are that worried about it, go and voice all your concerns to the police, sit down in a room with them and tell them everything thats happening etc.. and how worried you are.

Anyway police know it all, they are shocked that judges keep letting him away with things. He seems invincible. My parents is not joined to his but there are young kids in that house that's why I think no one will bomb him out. We feel sorry for t he kids, especially since one looks like bride of chucky. She has another but was taken off her by social. Social have circles to run just to get anything like the housing association. Apparently they watch porn in front of the kids and even the kids who are very young where doing pretend sex in the front garden *apparently he said thats how dad does it*

All the relevant people have been called for years , everything is noted, warnings have been given so what now? Judge said last time when he adjourned if he came back with more than half a page he would send him to jail and he did he came back with two pages of harassment and he got off. so sick of hearing he is getting this and that and no one will do anything because if they do they will go down not him!

I hear he is in for it. I know sein fein are having a word an he is scared of them. One of them works with my dad. I keep hearing he is getting it and there is a cue, even people have paid to have him done but they cant get him. I think he uses the kids as a shield. I do know where he parks his car everyday though as he goes to the bookies.

I am peed off my dad didnt have the cctv I bought him connected up! not that that would do any good like the last evidence did in court.

I aint worried about the police, they seem lazy on this matter , They havnt even come up here yet. They arnt concerned. Probably wish someone would just get rid of him. If they're making up false claims then why can't you? Go to the police and say you've just seen him grooming an unknown girl of young age in his garden. If he wants to play dirty then so can you?

Or just wait till you can get him on his own, scare the living shit out of him but don't harm him at all. Get a petrol can full up and threaten to pour it on him and light him up. So many possible ways of doing it as well, get you and a load of mates in balaclavers and just scare the shit out of him.

If he's making false claims against you, I'd go see the police and get their take on it. If their view is "yeah, don't worry, we know he's full of shit" then I'd quite happily get a few bikes down there to be very threatening without leaving a mark, while assertively making the point that if he comes up with any other stories to tell the police, you'll take those stories as your inspiration.

A friend of my dads had a similar issue with one of his daughters neighbours once. One day, a transit van with no visible number plate pulled up while he was in his garden. 4 blokes in combats and balaclavas dragged him into the van, which then sped off. It later transpired that he had been dumped, naked and beaten, in the middle of the countryside, but just close enough that he was still in the local force area - i.e. the force that was constantly arresting him only to see him get off.

They never did find out whos van that was, but my dads friend made a point of wearing his combats every time he visited her. Strangely, she wasn't bothered again.

The police still aint called to our house yet and they told my mum they needed a word with Darren over it. Wow, you have my sympathy, not that it helps.

If it was me I would not try for some kind of open retribution. He (they) obviously have it coming at some time. I don’t mean play a victim (though I would get some mace or something) I mean don’t give him reason to fear. That if anything with enlarge the problems between you.

He is obviously already scared or he would not be making stupid threats about suing. I’m sure someone like that has got other enemies and he will soon find them, the more chance you can give him to, the better. I don’t think shoving a camera in his face is going to help things.

Just had an idea. Though I don’t know the exact situation (and to me it sounds like you may be overly concerned with what has actually happened so far, to you and yours), you could do something if you really felt it warranted it.

Get as many bikers together as you can, say 5-10, find out when he is out so they can meet him as he arrives home and offer him a way out (They can give him a list of all there numbers) But seriously if they could be cool and just talk to him there would not have to be any aggression what so ever. Just the show of solidarity would be enough. Get em to ask if he has a problem with anyone? Or perhaps that they want this to end here (no hard feelings) I don’t think he would say no.

Again I don’t know if you feel it has reached this stage.

If I knew something was going to happen I may act different, but in this situation I would not drag up things have not happened to you in order to do justice for his past.

Ish my mum has phoned the housing association she is with several times I just wanted to phone an find out for myself what their excuse was as they where not following their own rules. They told me no one is following the proper procedure and writing in complaints they are just phoning etc So have to get mum to write in. These ones have already got a written warning they have a few more before going up in front of a judge to evict them. If I dont live there they wont listen to me , same for the women daughter he raped she is across the road but not housing association house. They have sai to get all the complaints in to build a case but none the neighbours want to have anything to do as they dont want him turning on them.

I hate seeing anyone being intimidated and I will do the same to them if they do it to someone else. I will make him think I will get a bike gang after him.

Still no police. This happened 3 days ago. When I get a pic of him I will post it here. He looks like someone you would want dead.

As I say if I knew he was going to do something (or he was trying to) I would act, probably regardless of the law. I’m sorry for you that the authorities have dealt with this abysmally.

You have some reason to be concerned but I am surprised you feel so afraid by what has happened so far.

If I was in his shoes and I knew my neighbour was connected to bikers and thought they were talking about me, I’d be afraid. Perhaps he is not, but it seems like this is the actions of someone who is scared. I don’t think he is going to do anything to you or your mother unless he has no fear whatsoever.

What I am saying is this the things he has actually done are defensive things not aggressive. He obviously knows your mom has bikers coming round.

Has he ever done anything else to your mom directly to make her feel that she should be afraid? I don’t know, but what he has done to you so far seems petty, given that he knows she has these kinds of friends.

If just this one incident makes you feel you have some real chance of further action from him then whatever. But to me it seems like you have dragged up his past (not any dealing you have actually had with him) in order to justify these fears.

Also you say when he took your bike number your other half was riding it? If so does he know it’s your bike and are you correct in assuming he is coming after you?

If you what to set yourself up as judge and jury I’m not going to stop you but I would not do that if it was my mother living next to him. I would act, and suggest you are cautious (though I imagine you are, knowing who he is)

But this is not someone who is going to have any support and I would be happy knowing he knows I have. Unless he has just totally lost all fear and gone psycho, but I don’t think he has no fear. His actions suggest he is scared and I would not mind that.

For 3 years he hasnt dared to look at my family. I was off the bike for near a year there becuase I was pregnant and they hadnt seen me as I hadnt seen them when I was up in my dads car. In that year they annoyed my mums friend and my mum when they are talking in the drive way, I didnt know about this as my mum and family know I will reign terror on him. I am protective over my family and especially my younger sister as she has special needs. They have scared her enough not to want to play in the street, they says she should be locked away and call her retarded.

As for assuming he is after me he only attacks women. he is scared of men, and I am sure shitting himself when he was caught taking the reg of my bike down. My other half usually walks around in an out laws t shirt and every biker up that hill knows him and he knows it.

I think he wasnt meant to be seen taking the reg down as he was spotted in the mirror my my other half who wasnt impressed at all. but why id he want my reg ? Thats what makes me paranoid. Then he went to the police stating he was scared and if I am truthful my other half did say to him he was in for it an everyone knows what he is. So that would have scared him more, but who will believe him anyway. Not the police anyway they arnt here. Everyone knows what they are and what they do. He made them more paranoid. I think it was a dig at my mum really, i think they where going to report her and where taking the plate to freak her out.

I couldnt resist going up to mums earlier, my temper was boiling and I wanted to see what would happen.

I went around the circle just above mums house where they live, just to turn, really its a steep hill and narrow. And I have a new bike and its weird for me still. I reved the tits off the bike to draw attention to me but my bike is loud enough to get my parents out. Talked to my mum, they cant see what I am saying as I have a mask on so I looked at their house a few times, pointed at my watch, looked as if i was saying something about a time and them and made them paranoid. My brother could see her peeking out the window so I hope they seen that performance I done to make them more paranoid.

They didnt come out, I wonder did they call the police again as I really was talking about them. My whole family where in the street laughing and joking. After 8 their house is in darkness and they hide in it, and it serves them right for all the trouble they have caused.

I know dodgy people and yes words have been had. They just wait for a time and place and thats hard to get when he seems to have covered himself from all angles.

Him living in fear makes me happy though for thats not even a fraction of what his victims he has raped feel and lives he has ruined. I just want them to know they will not mess with my family I will not have it and when I see them face to face again I will look them right in the face and watch them stare at the ground.
