They're fun aren't they Laughing

I forgot how hard it is to do a journey without at least one car trying it on.

On my 100 mile trek home today I had an Astra GSI give it a go which ended in me slamming the anchors on at 147 to prevent me splatting into the back of it. Followed literally 30 seconds later by some opel manta type custom thing giving it some to, only to the same outcome. Laughing

15 minutes later I get 2 asians in a maserati alongside waving me to give it some and play. I swear it was Amir Khan but even so I wasn't that stupid so left that one alone. Laughing

Then I found an SV thou to play with so the rest of the journey was fun Very Happy

Anyone else find that they have this typical type of 'interest' from others everytime they're on a motorway trek?

And if so do you generally give in and play or just leave them to it?

So because the bikes were on the A roads apart from you, that makes them fags?

I couldn't give a fuck about the blobs you stupid little cunt. Censoring my swearing is so the people that are offended by it don't have to read it. Inserting '1''s etc probably do more harm to karma than swearing does.

But 200 miles distance was the important point. Surely?

I'm sorry.

I got you a gift.

I did a 250 mile round trip on Wednesday most of it on the M3 and M25 and I hardly saw any others on bikes - 2 possibly 3 in the whole trip.

..........and before any smart arse says it Rolling Eyes yes, I did have my eyes open the whole way, even though it was probably the most spectacularly boring riding experience I have had to date!

if your going 1000 miles at the same speed as everyone else, all you're going to see is the vehicles around you.

Other vehicles would join and leave the motorway though.

Some vehicles would overtake you if you weren't doing 100+. Laughing

Look at these....and stop bickering.
Biggest problem on motorways is wind blast, pain in the 'effing neck. Asmuch as i love nakeds, they totally suck on motorways.

I don't like to say 'i told you so', but, i did warn you it would be dull, so ...... i told you so.
Wink

I find the monotony of motorways so boring that i do actually start to nod off. I rode back to Herts from Perpingan (Med coast) in one day (left at 12pm, arrived home at 2.30am), mostly on the Autoroutes. In order to stay awake, i had to get so high on Red Bull and coffee that when i actually arrived home i couldn't sleep for a day afterwards! I think i also wore out my molars from the continuous caffeine induced teeth-grinding.

I get that too, and if I do see another biker, they are usually going the opposite direction to me...which makes me wonder where they are going... Thinking

I didn't see a single biker Friday afternoon, until it got towards work kicking out time (and there were only 3 bikes at Loomies when I took a pit stop).
