Ask your local MOT tester.
You don't need a speedo for the MOT test, however I'm not sure how legal it is to not actually have one.(Legality and MOT tests are two different things).
The indicators are fine.

The last bike i got MOT'ed was a 625cc kick start only single. I'm pretty sure i'm the only person ont he planet who could get it to start, but it passed it's MOT. Maybe they just didnt want to admit they weren't man enough to get it going?  |

Had a word with a local tester and he pointed out a few bits that i will need - luckly loads of parts on eBay because 2 people are breaking the bike
