These are new tyres but they were used by the previous owner on track, do I need to change them?

Then ride another 150 miles on them, then you'll need new ones.

At least, that's what a mate of mine did two weekends ago Neutral .

A few road miles and they'll look like any other road tyre. My suggestion would be to go really slow everywhere, trying not to lean then park up in visible places so people can see your shredded tyres, if anyone asks just say you like to ride hard on the road Cool
