It would be worth getting the bhp checked on it or any bike your not sure about- and if it needs restricting, your better off doing it A friend of mine passed her test when she was 17, never got her bike restricted and was never caught but a thing called 'sods law' can occur Plus theres the insurance problem, license points etc.
Anyway, restrictions arent forever  |

Yeah, this is true but the trouble is, as Bellebot says, the extra 200 odd quids I'd have to include on my already low (£1000 for everything budget) is going to be a problem.
I think either the DIY restrictors or none will have to do unless I can find a good cheapy !!

Seen a few kits on ebay etc Also some bikes come with them already fitted- but I know its difficult trying to find a decent bike with a limited budget- but one will come along  |
