Inspired by the patriotic pride thread, I offer you a chance to show your cynisism and disdain for the state of your plot of land.

I dislike our obesity rates and reputation for violence and racism, however, what truly makes me ashamed is the blind patriotism of the people.
Scotland is like a mini-America in that respect, and that in itself is the definition of shameful. I get sh*t for never wearing a kilt for god sake, from my friends and brother.

Health and safety and any of the brown shirted nazi wannabe's who espouse the notion that they know whats good for me better than I do and i best listen by law.

I think that what I'm ashamed of most of all is the way the people of this country ( myself included ) are happy to take all this and so much more laying down. When a government has screwed up the economy and barefaced lied to take us into unjustified wars like this one has I would have expected riots and the storming of parliament. It seems that as long as we have cable tv and an xbox were happy with our lot.

How unhumane people are now in it, its not like when I was growing up. The kids who really do just need a good slapping from their parents. The drunks that wreak the place and make it unsafe for decent people to venture out on a weekend even if it was just to a shop. Everyone is trying to scam everyone. What am I ashamed of about this country,

WHERE THE FUCK DO I START???

This country is a fucking joke, we let the immigrants get everything whilst hardworking lowwer-middle class people like you and I are left to fend for ourselves.

Our homes get burgled, the little cunts get away with it that is IF they are actually caught. Even then the sentences are so light they might aswel have not been caught. What are we to do but just stand there and watch our homes be robbed, our families be mugged, beaten, murdered or raped.

Our NHS is a farce, you have to wait ages to see you GP, and god for bid if you have anything actually wrong with you that requires surgery because you'll most likely be dead before your seen.

Our Government (HA) if it so shall be called is so busy trying to get more money for themselves than they spend on making this shit hole of a country back into what it was before this prick of a leader we have now, fucked it up.

We have a youth society that can only do one thing. Fuck this country up even more. They drinking, Fuck, and Fight. 99% of the youth can't be bothered to work because they know that if they get fucked on some random night out, and end up having a kid, they will get a free home, and free money, meaning they can go out and do it more. They are uneducated for the sole reason that they don't want to be. They can exist without a care in the world because the government will take care of them. "Here have some money for sitting at home getting wasted with your kid"
These little bastards are setting the trend for what will be the 'Next Generation' they will grow up thinking that this behaviour is acceptable and ok. And will be a vicious cycle, meaning that the future generations will be worse and worse soon resulting in a country in total anarchy.

Reclaim our business, and bring back our industry. The time is coming when we will live in an office block nation, with everything we buy coming in from China, Indonisia, ect. We used to be a industrious nation, then stood firm through difficult times due to our communities working together as well as living together. The way that this country is run is by other countries through imports.

Our tax system is to screw over the working class and reward the toffs that swan around like nothing is wrong. Do you hear of all the celebraties moaning about having no money? Do they fuck.

In my view the only way to sort this to:

- Close the boarders,
- Make our justice system something that works, and bring back capital punishment,
- Remove the fuckwits that are running this country into the ground
- Totally reduce the if not get rid of the Welfare system, to those who are clearly abusing it,
- Stop allowing other countries to buy our industries then fold them up and ship them back to their country, to make cheaper, poorer quality goods,
- Make a fairer tax system, that proves to the upper classes that they are not above everyone else.


I'm going to stop now because I really could go on all night.

England is nothing to be proud of anymore. IMO the current state is due to Politions who can't tell their asses from their faces and people ripping the shit out of the benifit system.

I can't see the reason for people to be unemployed? Yes i understand there are tollerances to be taken due to the ressesion. But IMO its just lazyness.
