hi, me and my dad have just removed an engine from a nsr 125 and fitted another one.

What oil do i need to use to top the bike up under the fuel tank and what oil do i use for the engine Smile we're knew to this ahaa.

Also with the coolant whats the steps to fill the radiator

For the oil that you but into the bottle under the tank on the right you should use a good quality two stroke oil, preferably synthetic. Something like Fuch's Silkolene.

For the gearbox 10W40 Engine oil, make sure its motorbike oil though as car oils sometimes have friction modifiers that make the clutch slip.

For the coolant not sure on 'correct' procedure but i filled it up from the radiator cap until it was full to the top. I then topped up the expansion bottle to the low mark. Finally i gave the pipes around the waterpump a good squeeze to prime it.
Start up the engine and blip it to 5000 a few times, top up as necessary.

yes uses only fully synthetic oil (even for the gear box)
note : the quantity for the gear box is 0.7L no more no less (the level is hard to see precisely , so use liquid measure)
