 |
|
I'm bored of eating the same stuff all the time, so just wondered what other things people typically eat on a day to day basis? Just to get some other interesting ideas
I cook most of my own food and normally eat the following:
Chicken Chow Mein
Cottage Pie with veg
Chilli Con Carne
Spaghetti Bolognase
Omlette
Chicken Fajita's
Jerk Chicken and Salad/Rice/Cous Cous
Various Tomato Based Pasta Dishes
Different combo's of Bacon, Chicken, Ham, Cheese and Salad Sandwiches
Muesli
Porridge
Fruit and Bran cereal
Then snack on crisps, cereal bars, nuts, rvita's/rice cakes and chocolate.
That's as far as it goes really, bored as fuck with it all tbh. Don't really eat fish as I don't really like most fish dishes I've previously tasted but Mediterranean styled fish dishes look nice but never tried any.
Let me know what you chow on!
Ta,

There's a distinct lack of salad cream sandwiches and Pot Noodle on toast in that list ____________________ Chances are quite high you are not in my Monkeysphere, and I don't care about you. Don't take it personally.

Stir fry? It's quick, tasty, healthy and can be made in various combinations depending on preference.
My favorite at the moment is noodles, chicken, stir in vegetables, a tea spoon or two of curry paste and some cream fresh. Voila, a tie curry in under 10 minutes and not much washing up because it's all done in one wok.

I forgot pizza, curry and jacket potato! Have all of them quite regularly. Tend to only have a jacket with tuna mayo though, sometimes beans but that's a bit boring. I normally have a vindaloo or madras so have quite a hot palette. Also drown every ham/beef sandwich with colman's mustard.
Tuna with rice, peas and sweetcorn sounds alright actually. What do you season/sauce it with? Or do you just have it plain?
I actually love Pot Noodles but I can't have more than a few mouthfuls as the salt is just too much.
Roast chicken is something I've always enjoyed but never cooked myself. I'll get involved with one of them this weekend I reckon, sterling idea that. ____________________ R.I.P. Tareree Shiimi, 1985-2008 |

Roast chicken is something I've always enjoyed but never cooked myself... Crikey!
Its so easy, i do mine upside down for half the time then turn it around, and sometimes when its done i will wrap and leave it in foil for a bit...
My main seasonings are salt pepper garlic and curry powder, but i also love the sachas of varoius spices and sauces you can get, like the asda five for 2 pound.

Its easy and when do right tastes fooking well good, only expensive bit of it in my eyes is the parmesan cheese, but they will keep to next time. ____________________ Past: Honda x8rs, Honda City fly, Honda Hornet 250, Honda VFR750, Yamaha xt600e.
