I'm bored of eating the same stuff all the time, so just wondered what other things people typically eat on a day to day basis? Just to get some other interesting ideas

I cook most of my own food and normally eat the following:

Chicken Chow Mein
Cottage Pie with veg
Chilli Con Carne
Spaghetti Bolognase
Omlette
Chicken Fajita's
Jerk Chicken and Salad/Rice/Cous Cous
Various Tomato Based Pasta Dishes
Different combo's of Bacon, Chicken, Ham, Cheese and Salad Sandwiches
Muesli
Porridge
Fruit and Bran cereal

Then snack on crisps, cereal bars, nuts, rvita's/rice cakes and chocolate.

That's as far as it goes really, bored as fuck with it all tbh. Don't really eat fish as I don't really like most fish dishes I've previously tasted but Mediterranean styled fish dishes look nice but never tried any.

Let me know what you chow on!

Ta,
Jack

Can't deal with all that grease, vile stuff. I'll have an english breakfast but grill most of it (except the mushrooms and egg).

There's a distinct lack of salad cream sandwiches and Pot Noodle on toast in that list

You've missed curry off that list, even if you don't have the pallette for the heat you can get some very tasty mild dishes.

I would also advocate doing some roast chicken/beef meals, these are some of my favourite and can be varied with different veg etc.

Cheers

Stir fry? It's quick, tasty, healthy and can be made in various combinations depending on preference.

My favorite at the moment is noodles, chicken, stir in vegetables, a tea spoon or two of curry paste and some cream fresh. Voila, a tie curry in under 10 minutes and not much washing up because it's all done in one wok.

Thumbs Up

I forgot pizza, curry and jacket potato! Have all of them quite regularly. Tend to only have a jacket with tuna mayo though, sometimes beans but that's a bit boring. I normally have a vindaloo or madras so have quite a hot palette. Also drown every ham/beef sandwich with colman's mustard.

Tuna with rice, peas and sweetcorn sounds alright actually. What do you season/sauce it with? Or do you just have it plain?

I actually love Pot Noodles but I can't have more than a few mouthfuls as the salt is just too much.

Roast chicken is something I've always enjoyed but never cooked myself. I'll get involved with one of them this weekend I reckon, sterling idea that.

Creamy mushroom soup/sauce. This also works for a tuna and pasta bake, 5 min before it's finished add some cheese, sliced tomato and hp sauce as a top layer, put it back in for the remaining time and mmm, mmm, mmmmmm!

Its easy and when do right tastes fooking well good, only expensive bit of it in my eyes is the parmesan cheese, but they will keep to next time.

I fry it gently in a little sesame oil while waiting for the rice cooker to do its business.

I usually add some soy sauce and maybe a little black pepper too.

I buy a joint of lamb and then cut it into small pieces and bag it into portions and freeze.

Defrost a portion, fry it in sesame oil with garden peas and serve with boiled rice. Nice meal in 15 mins.
