In April this year I spent £50 on a ticket to Bloom Festival which got cancelled. I plan not to be in the country this time next year so the 2 tickets they are offering arnt that appealing and would like my money back.

I have called them, emailed etc and have only got a response once that they are very busy.

The festival was meant to be end of august and a month later I have no word and no refund.

Please can anyone advise me on what I can do to get my money? Its pretty obvious they have lost a lot of money by cancelling the festival and so if everyone wants a refund opposed to tickets for next year they will go under which may be one reason why I have not heard. Neutral

If there any authorities I can ask / help me get my money?

Thanks Thumbs Up

They should have simply refunded everyone in the 1st place. I guess that they are swamped by people email the same request day after day....

How did you pay ?
On a Visa/mastercard CC or a Visa debit card. If so contact your card provider and explain. They will be able to c/b for non reciept of concert.
Maestro card, then you have to chase the retailer.
PayPal, then try chasing them. But think they will say out of time now.

07933 545 988 was the ticket hotline.

Isnt there anyone I can contact, trading standards maybe?

I have emailed and emailed and at work most days I try calling them once or twice and have never got through. Reckon it there so they can say they are helping when they are not.

Ill try palpay but since I was April im not holding my breath Crying or Very sad

You could try trading standards. Not sure that they can do anything else.

If its was paypal and back in April then while its worth trying i'm pretty sure they will say too long ago...
Although any dispute should be from date of concert, not date of payment.
