Knife crime - we hear about it on a daily basis, doesnt really hit home untill you know the person.
Girlfriend - walking to the shop - walked past some guys minding her own business untill one grabbed her by the neck against the wall shouting what she had seen - She had seen nothing.
Poor girl standing at 5'4 with 2 guys a lot taller - defending herself grabbed him and kneed him in the head with some force - to which the cowardly bastard slashed her face with what looks a big knife.

I feel utter sick just thinking about it.
Police took 2 hours to respond to the 999 call - utter joke.

AFAIK she walked a different route to the normal route we take to Tescos. But this route is in a posh area - again AFAIK there was no CCTV - I need to find the direct route she took.
