I guess i'll just re write the post lol no point wasting this one Smile

Basically I have a 33BHP'ed machine and it has a power commander III USB fitted by previous owner.

I am not sure if the garage disabled the PCIII for restriction (restriction= inlet blade (what's this?) and throttle stop) so was wondering if I could or should re program the PCIII? Any gains?

eBay the PCIII, you might get a few quid for it.

If you wanted that much more power from your bike, unrestrict it.

Washers in the inlet tract.

May as well take the PCIII off until you derestrict in all fairness. It's not doing anything.

In all fairness, you could still modify the fueling to smooth out the power delivery.
