I can only park on pretty uneven ground at work (not entirely true, but I choose to keep it off the road out of bad drivers way) and found that the centre stand was not so good and I soon tired of trying to find a suitable place that it was level enough to keep it stable
I went on eBay and just bought the cheapest motorcycle sidestand I could (was £5 IIRC) and welded it to the foot peg bar that runs under the engine at a suitable angle that didn't interfere with the chain when folded up and enough lean to keep it stable when down
It worked out Ok for me, but how much of that was luck I don't know
If you have acces to or know someone with a welder (or take a bag of doughnuts to somewhere that does welding) and a suitable stand I wouldn't have thought it would cost much to modify or graft one on
It is a bit of a pain to take the footpeg bar off (means disturbing the exhaust to unthread it on my Brazillian) but was a job worth doing
When I bought the old CG125 S to do up - it already had a sidestand attached to the footpeg bar so they are out there
It looks like theres a few footpeg bar things on eBay at the moment and at least one of them has a bracket already attached (but no stand looking at the picture)

Maybe worth an ask to the seller to see if they know the whereabouts of the sidestand and spring?
I don't think I have used the center stand since adding the side stand, but I guess it will come in handy come oil change/service time
Regards

Well, the standard procedure is have a poke around, then fix or replace the bit that's knackered
You can add a side stand by replacing the entire footpeg carrier with one from an earlier model (hopefully a less rusty one...). The older carrier has the mount for the sidestand that's missing from newer models (cost saving exercise, I imagine). Bolt off/bolt on job.
