I have taken apart my VFR 400 NC30 motor but now i would like to know what type of oil or lubrication i should use when putting back the bearings can any one help |

Thanks i did start this afternoon made a quick phone call, do you know of anything that i should be aware of when putting the bike back together? |

I do have the manual but it does not say what piston should go where only that the inn part on top of the piston should point to the carburator ? how will i then know what goes where?  |

Thank you for all your advice it helped a lot, but now i am stuck the rocker arm on the one side is broken (bought the bike like that never saw it) and i have only noticed it now does those rocker arms brake easily or under a lot of strain? |
