mine came back after passing my car test with all entitlements still on.
my >25kw symbol is missing, but im out of my time.

it also arrived 6 days after it got sent off. i was like wtf?

edit: my licence didnt have provisional car on either, and it wasnt a problem. it only matters if its not on your counterpart either.

I need to send off my License to get a provsional car put on it. But I really don't want to due to the ever growing list of entitlements going missing.

You shouldn't have to, the car provisional should be on your paper counterpart.

No need to send it off as you've already got car provisional on your license.

Last weeks MCN rag said summin about a hole getting punched into your old licence so that it will be returned to you if you send it off with a SAE.

As Ste says if you just want a car provisional then you dont need to send it off (I did I had a bike license for 4 years before learning car driving)

Sent mine off 2 months ago and recieved it back with bike still on it. Thumbs Up

Oh the irony, you called him casna, and his name is cansa, nevermind, maybe you just mis-read it.

Get a 'certified copy' made. Never mind the police, take it to your bank, they can photocopy then stamp it with a special certified copy stamp and sign it.

I have heard DVLA don't accept such things but i'd like to see their argument for it stand up in a court of law.

https://www.thenamechangecompany.co.uk/Help/203358338349/what-is-a-certified-copy/

When I applied for my first provisional bike, it gave the option of ticking a box to apply for provisional car if memory serves, I guess you didn't tick this box, otherwise are you sure you dont have it?
