Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

It's unburnt oil as it's a 2 stroke it burns oil aswell as fuel as you probably know and by the sounds of it it doesn't have anywhere for the excess unburnt oil to escape other than out the end of the exhaust.

Hi, did you recently top up the water (with anifreeze added?). If so, it sounds possible that the head gasket (or o-ring) or bottom cylinder gasket may hav gone. It would be more likely the head o-ring. It's quite simple to replace, cheap too. Drain the radiator by removing the coolant pipe at where it joins the engine block. Disconnect the radiator hose on the cylinder head. Remove the spark plug. Remove the four nuts on the cylinder head (the other bolt head is a bleed screw, loosen this when refilling with antifreeze later). Note, loosen the nuts very gradually, ie loosen one slightly, then do the same to the one diagonally opposite then do the same with the other two. Then lift off the cylinder head. You will see a silicon o-ring and chances are a small bit will be missing or burnt. Put a new o-ring in. Put it back in reverse order, top up oil, top up antifreeze/water, start it up and enjoy! Good luck.

it's really quite simple, takes less than one hour. Only suspect this if you are losing water though.
