32-1 would be o.k for normal use,

That is about 31.25ml oil per litre of fuel or 125ml per 4 litres,

For low rev slow speed riding like woods stuff that gives a lot of oil build up in the crankcase you can go to about 40-1 or 25ml oil per litre fuel or 125ml per 5 litres,

For high rev high speed riding you need a stronger mixture because the oil in the fuel will have less chance to seperate in the air stream, you can go as little as 25-1 or (approx) 41ml oil per litre of fuel but anything additional to your 32-1 mix will help if you run with the throttle nailed over fields etc.

As far as the plug goes I should imagine if it's recommended as an alternitive to the stock plug number then it should work fine,

the only difference between the plug you already have & the one you mentioned is the tip.
the br9eix is platinum tipped & therefore costs 3 times as much as an ordinary copper/iron tipped plug. (stick to the normal ones, you can buy more & treat them as disposable. how you gonna feel after spending nearly a tenner on a spark plug & it fouls after a few miles?)
& those mixtures sound ideal .(although i thought the yz had an oil pump?)
cheers,
GAZ
