Well that makes me pretty sick.
I hope those providing this treatment drown some day! (what? accidental over-doses do happen you know) ____________________ will never give up his CG. I look at my fuel gauge more as a progress bar than a fuel gauge.
G: With my GSXR I do often effectively use it as a scooter with a clutch in town.
ms51ves3: why does it need 500 miles? Are you teaching it how to be a piston? |

I've got no problems with Homeopaths so long as they allow their teachings and methods to be subjected to rigourous scientific testing and examination.
If you're interested buy the book Bad Science by Ben Goldacre or read his blog here: https://www.badscience.net/
I highly recommend the "Found you new job" link (1st one at time of writing). Not strictly about homeopathy but it informs you about a pin badge that wards off headlice. Only ?19 plus p&p.
Also check out Dara O Briain talking about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIaV8swc-fo |

As a scientist, taxpayer and clinician, this makes me more angry than you can possibly imagine.
It is long past time someone took a homeopathic practitioner to court under the sale of goods act. Preferrably a crown court whose ruling sets legal prescedent. 1) Unfit for the purpose intended. It does nothing. No properly blinded clinical trials exist showing it is inay way effective. 2) Not of merchentable quality. There is not a single molecule of the claimed active ingredient in the remedy. 3) Not as described. Will not and cannot make you better.
Did you know it is ILLEGAL to practice homeopathy on an animal without first having consulted a registered veterinary surgeon? ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen. That's when you find out everything you want to know.”
I did the 2010 Round Britain Rally on my 350 Bullet. 89 landmarks, 3 months, 9,500 miles. |

Ah, but the water molecules remember being in contact with actual cure, because they've been in a container that has been tapped 20 times on a leather pad stuffed with horse hair. ____________________ Chances are quite high you are not in my Monkeysphere, and I don't care about you. Now you've done it. The mushroom is going to be very angry when he reads this. ____________________ "That's it. You people have stood in my way long enough. I'm going to clown college."

I've often thought about dabbling in this area, I thought it might be satisfying, but in the end I decided not to bother.
Don't get me wrong, people can sleep with who ever the please, it's just not to my taste.
PS: Homeopathy is a load of old crap, but the people who believe and swear by it, also pay taxes (or so the argument goes) which is why it is included amongst the panopoly of usual treatments. Also, from the NHS point of view, you get a fair few lefty ex-hippy types in decision making posts, even if they think homeopathy is rubbish; it's trendy to 'have it on board.' ____________________ Didn't catch anything. |
