What nonsense is this... There is no Aldi bike gear listed yet.

You linked to a page from 2008

Only the toss stuff left at the Lidle one by me so looking forward to the Aldi one. (although they did have one of the back protector/backpack combo things that looked alright).

Dear Mr Aldi, can I have a waterproof suit, some thermals and some socks..

I went to look at the Lidl stuff but got there too late, hence me looking for the Aldi gear (heard they also do gear at a specific time of year)..

Appears that I was a little enthusiastic when posting it up on here - The gear doesn't look too bad to say its a little old - tempted to go into a store and ask a few questions about when they're getting started)..

Sorry for getting people's hopes up on another set of bargains Neutral

Not much there is there? Lidl had quite a bit more stuff that I was interested in, namely the back protector and tankbag.

£3.99 isn't bad for a neck tube, balaclava and inner gloves.

Surprised there is no tank bag.

I'm happy as the bike cover is the main thing for me, although a new tank bag would have been nice, I already have one.

Cover looks identical to the one I got from Lidl last week. There's no way in hell I'd buy the lid euro standard or not...

The lock looks surprisingly solid, so if the one I'm getting with my bike (picking up sunday) is crap I might grab one. At the very least I'll pop in for the balaclava, gloves and neck warmer set for £3.99.

I bought the lock a couple of years ago. It's very heavy and looks tough so it's good enough for me.
