i think tidying it up would be better, remember you have the battery under the seat ect. where will that go if you "bobber it"

if it were me, i wouyld pull the front fairing and replace the headlight with a bandit/cb gs ect ect round headlight,

paint all the blue crap black, and possibly change the radiator to one that has a top filler cap

can you take another photo of the bike??
side on, with a flat background (eg 1 colour) and with that half fairing removed and that radiator shroud removed as well

its too hard at the moment to paste in headlights ect

I helped a kid here streetfighter his RS50, a few bits of advice if you're going to make it naked.

a) If you're going to shorten the seat, you're going to need a new swingarm, not just to chop up the old one. That is, if it's similair to the RS50.

b) 50cc nakeds look totally wank without a belly pan or something to meaten them up. Have a look at a Malaguti Drakon maybe?

c) There is no way that it pulls a real 70mph. GPS results or GTFO.

Think about cheap things like a new headlight unit or some risers and bars before you do something big like modifying the shape of the bike. The little things add up. Hope it goes well for you.

I wouldnt spend any money on it.

I would stop lying about it doing 70mph lol
Strip it all down
fixing any broken bits you are going to keep
Paint everything black
Box up/sell/throw away any un-neccesary parts
Rebuild bike
Tidy wiring
Find some headlights
MOT
Ride

why the hell would you want to shorten the swing arm??
and why change the swingarm at all, i don't see how the swing arm has any relevance to the seat what so ever

The seat he showed in that pic is pretty short. To acheive that effect on an RS50 the swingarm needs to be shorter, otherwise there's a big metal bit sticking out behing the seat.

You mean the subframe. The swingarm is the bits that swings up and down with the wheel on Wink
