What did you do?

You're probably not bleeding it correctly.

Here is what you can do to get the last bit of air out, grab the caliper and shake it and shake the pipes as well. A subsitute for this (with the master cylinder cap on) is to put the front brake on and push t he bike forward maing the forks dip which has a similar effect.

The last of last bubbles is often like fizzy drink bubble size.

Just bleed them the normal way at the caliper, remembering to top up master cylinder, then repeat at the top (which just means lots of in out of the brake lever) and you might see a tiny column of air bubbles rising up from the hole in the master cylinder.

Try just taking the reservoir cap off and then pumping the brake, sometimes this can bring a lot of the little bubbles out, or try tying the brake lever to the handle bars and leaving it for a while but keep an eye on the level.

Clamp the brake on as hard over night. In the morning release the brake and see if it has firmed up. It has worked on my bike before.

Use a big syringe and some hose to draw fluid and air throught the system at the bleed nipple. Just remember to have a pal top up the reservoir for you as it goes through quick! Takes about 10 minutes to bleed brakes this way.
