Changing chain + sprocket on rr5 blade

Just after a bit of advice please guys.

The front sprocket on my RR5 blade is under a cover, but over the cover is a casing for something else which looks like it needs to come off also to get to the sprocket. Can anyone tell me what this is and can it be removed without loosing any fluids.

Some bikes have the speedo sensor in the sprocket cover, although I am 95% certain yours is on the crankcase...

ok, I will try to get a pic up for tomorrow. I did however download the user manual from the sticky thread, but in the removal photo it still does not show what it is Sad

Does the manual say you need to do anything special to get to the sprocket?

If not then just i'd pull it off and see what it is Thumbs Up

Sorted it guys.

It is the clutch push-rod housing. Not a problem to remove, it comes off by just undoing the bolts. I found though that to remove the cover, you need to split the old chain and remove it completely from the front sprocket before you can get the cover off.
