CG125 Exhaust

Right after my accident and crushed exhaust ive decided to take my CG off the road and use it to learn some bits on and maybe keep as a field bike.

As the silencer was crushed in the crash i decided to cut it off and have it straight through

Its turned out ok apart from having a rather high idle speed, could anyone shed any light on this problem? Is it just down to the idle screw or does it need something else?

I'm pretty sure you just need to turn your idle screw.

Any ideas for a cool CG? I was thinking cafe racer?

My CG just sounded like your average lawn mower when it didn't have it's exhaust.

You should turn it in to an aero bike and aim for 200MPG!

Due to the accident it will be on a daytime mot,

How would i do that? massive fairing and get it running very well?

Naa dont realy fancy that lol, and i hate fiberglassing lol

I Think stripping everything unessacary off the frame and get a mot is the first plan, then i will work on the styling.

Any tips for Cafe Racer-ing a CG?
