My RG125 wolf still has problems. I have cleaned the carb out & replaced all the jets & the jet needle & the float height is spot on. It seems like between 6000-8000rpm it bogs as there's too much fuel getting in as the plug gets wet. After replacing the jets & needle the bike does now run better but once in the powerband it tops out at 85mph & that's downhill. I'm still not convinced the fault isn't electrical there is a bright spark but I'm no expert. I have replaced the CDI, coil & stator/magneto so I'm at a loss as to why it won't run correctly. Any help much appreciated cheers! ____________________ Current bikes: suzuki RG125UN wolf. Yamaha MT-07 |

Cheers. I haven't replaced the HT cap although I did do a test, I took it off & attached the coil lead directly to the spark plug & the bike still ran the same. I'll get a new generator gasket & put the original generator back in see if that does anything. ____________________ Current bikes: suzuki RG125UN wolf. Yamaha MT-07 |
