Electric screen, fix screen or naked

How many riders use an electric screen or are they just an expensive fad?

Mine's adjustable but manually.

I've had it fixed in the same position since I fitted it.

Can honestly say that i miss it. Had completly forgot what wind was like until going back to a sports bike .

I have seen a few bikes with electric screens and can see the point of them. Like the FJR, you can adjust them by a button on route to suite the weather conditions on route.

The old X9 scooter i had, was fitted with a 3 point adjustable screen, low was good for summer and med for cold and wet weather for better protection. Fixed screens like that mean once it at the setting you want that's it, you wanna change it when riding you have to stop and get your tools out.

I vote for electric screen, make sense, as long as they don't drain the battery.

My old man has an ST1300 with electric screen, it's pretty good and rather useful to be honest, i do tend to find at higher speeds with the screen all the way up it pushes the air behind you pushing you forward which i do find a bit uncomfortable, anyone else get this?
