Right, after alot of confusion and research i've found out that my Honda Cg's choke has 3 settings.

Fully up - Full choke
Half way - Half choke
Fully down - No choke

The bike seems to start every time without any choke, is this normal?

When idling it seems like the engine is running faster than it should be?

When i first start the bike up, with no choke, if i rev her abit to much, suddenly she misfire, is this also normal?

Sorry for the nooby questions, thanks in advance!

Starting without choke is normal in the summer months , if you are revving your bike from a cold start them the odd misfire is normal. As with all fourstrokes its best to warm the bike up first before revving it too much, this would only take 2-3 minutes on a CG as they are air cooled. If you remove your sparkplug after a good run and check the colour of the plug this will give a good indication of how the engine is running, look for a light brown colour. The CG125 likes clean oil and I would recommend it is changed at 1500 mile intervals and always topped up as needed as they run a lot better on good clean oil.

I generally do let her warm up, i just hold a few thousand revs on to 30 seconds and then leave her idling for a minute or two, i'll check the plug colour later on, she's got her MOT to pass in 2 hours after replacement of a fork seal Very Happy
