if your really serious about getting on 2 wheels as soon as possible i would go for something cheap with a years mot that you can just use until your 17 and then get a 125cc bike.
im anti scooter, hate the fkin things personally but if it is a means to an end and all you are allowed to ride then go for it.
not that you need my support of course! ____________________ illuminateTHEmind wrote: I am just more evolved than most of you guys... this allows me to pick of things quickly which would have normally taken the common man years to master

Wait until you're 17. 50's are shite.
Edit: Saying that, the independence at 16 is good. |

Actually, after looking at that site with the list of 50s, I retract my vote for a ts50.
You should get one of these fly rides instead...

Don't get fixated on top speeds for 50cc bikes.
Spend that year learning to go safe and progressive.
You'll learn skills some big bike riders don't bother with.
Filtering...I loose count of bikes sitting in queues.
Cornering....Lazy riding ..again big bikes allow this. With your 49.999999ccs you'll be wanting to read the road whilst keeping the motor spinning..picking the best lines through tight corners......Your pads will last forever
And another for geared bikes.

True say dude. i want something that looks good and performs well for a beginners bike, but i guess the point of "MOPED" is to (like you said) read the road and get used to being draged by a motor |
