I've got the FCR41 in my SMC and I think it is a Mikuni BST in your duke II. You would need to find out what main jet is in there standard, should tell you in your KTM manual and maybe get it a size or 2 bigger.
Just take your airbox lid off, fit those new exhausts and buy some larger main jets from KTM or ebay.
Makes a nice difference  |

in many cases a after market filter is cheaper then the stock from the dealer  |
