DT125 x coolant dumping just after pulling wheelies

Its normal for coolant to spill out of the bottle, but if you mean u pull a wheelie then next think it pisses out then your probabaly letting air into your sytem some how, faulty rad cap maybe, my friends KTM keeps doing it.

surely that just means the coolant coming out of the overflow as its tipped back so far?

the cap has a spring loaded seal. Have u checked this?

for the replys so quickly... it just comes out the overflow pipe at the bottom of the bike i thought it was to do with the bike being tipped back to im not sure i was just wondering if anyone else had experinced this problem it only does it when i start clutching up wheelies can anyone wheelie theres in second i can only do it in first i want to be able to do it in second so i can have more gear to go along with

anybody give me some tips to tryn get it to come up in second please it mostly de restricted just needs the pipe changing and re jetting im new to this that why i ask all the Yoda,s of biking

TBH if the only way a full power fully working YPVS DTX can wheelie in 1st is using the clutch then id think there is something wrong with it!

I'd suggest that clutching it in second should get it to wheelie fairly easily, but getting it up in first at slow speed and finding the balance point before clicking second should be easier.

my DTR wheelies up in 1st with out clutch. Mind u, i found it really easy when the monoshock was set to soft. The ass end used to dip alot and the front just came up.

Now i set the shock on the hardest setting, cause iam a fat git, it hates lifting the front. which for me is a lot better green lane-ing.

2nd gear it hopped on the front wheel quite well.. but i had a 17 tooth front sprocket. original gearing would of had the front wheel up.

thanks for all the replys guys... lol it power wheelies in first but im more into clutch wheelies its just ive heard its easily done in second but my bike pops up a bit and then goes buuuuuurrrrr.... and drops back down but in first it will just stay there when i blip the throttle but id rather be doing it in second so it goes further with out it screaming like a cat which is being raped....

so it powers up in first, but you cant clutch up in 2nd, but claim to be clutching up in your earlier post.

i think someones trying to sound more awesome than they are but failing.

just learn to balance it, and if you cant, learn to change gear on 1 wheel

no. mainly because vimeo deleted it, and i dont have the original file. find the thread though. just because most people cant do it on a 1000, me doing it on a 600 was impossible until proven

in 2nd if you're running out of revs before its up, you're going too fast, and if you're bogging down you're going too slowly.

i still think you should learn to do it properly in 1st first. i bet your one of these mugs you see hunched over the bars like the cretin you are. try it with your arms locked straight and dont be a fanny about it

Dont change gear mid wheelie, if you hit a false one, that shits gunna land harder than the twin towers and because you have no forward force if you wobble its game over.
