Hi all

Just wanted to share my new carbon bits for my zx6r.
I saw a post on here about pro-fibre on ebay and bought a few bits myself.

So far I've added carbon tank panels, front mud guard, rear hugger, chain guard & heel plates.
On the pro-fibre website they also sell frame guards but it doesn't look like they cover the frame all the way to the swing arm spindle and I thought it might look 'unfinished'.
I've also got some engine casings to fit but these need to be stuck on so I haven't had time to fit them yet.

I also went a little mad with the pro-bolt accessories too Embarassed

That looks very nice indeed. If you get any more carbon, you will need to get quite a bit otherwise it will look unfinished like you said.

I think it is a good ratio you have at the moment.

Thanks 'The Artist'

I think you're right, once the carbon engine covers are fitted I think it'll be enough. Anymore on the frame/bodywork will look a bit much.

Looks gorgeous that, maybe a swingarm cover? Looks a bit plain compared to the rest of the bike. Like that screen though, the OE one did look a bit shit and low.

A little bit of CF looks nice but be careful you don't end up looking like you crashed into the wheelie bin out the back of an F1 factory.

Also, don't be tempted by anything "carbon effect" just to finish a job off. It will look blatant next to the real thing.

I like what you've done so far. Thumbs Up

The black Belly pan would look good I think, then maybe a dash too but no more.

Get a solo seat for 2 reasons.

First it looks crap without.

Second it is illegal to have the seat but no pegs.

I didn't realise it was illegal!
I better put the pegs back on until funds allow me to buy the solo seat cover Shocked

Then you shouldn't be riding it, just like customising your exhaust etc.

bet you any money though, no copper in the world would notice it, they have a hard enough time noticing the small number plates and loud exhausts Laughing

Looks really nice and suits the colour scheme, definitely agree with the swingarm cover though; or just get a carbon swinger Wink
