They are essentially a scam mate.
If you have a no fault accident, you should get in contact with a no win no fee solicitor who will gladly claim on your behalf for injuries, loss of earnings, equipment and any other losses you incurred as a result. They will not charge you if they think they will be able to take the claim on.

Your uncle can add you as a driver on a car he owns. But since you said "my car" I assume it isn't in your uncles name, so no, he can't.
