What kind of riding are you looking to do? If your looking to do a lot of long distance trips, touring leathers tend to be a bit more comfortable.
Its also worth considering waterproof leathers if you are looking to do all-weather riding. My leathers are waterproof touring ones from Hein Gericke. They were relatively expensive, but are the type to last me for years. However, if you want the race look and money isn't really an issue then the alpinestars are quite good, and I do like the Dianese ones too. But these are expensive.
Remember, looks and tartiness will cost you money, safety and good wear do not have to cost you an arm and a leg (leathers are supposed to save them ) Pop into your local bike store and try some on |
