Do you need to buy bike thermals? They do tend to be more expensive as they are sport specific and have patches where the wind gets to, but normal thermals would probably do the job as well. I know one of my mates got his from somewhere like Aldi or Lidl's and they were very reasonable. I'm gussing that lots of high street places sell thermals or even Army Surplus. Army Surplus are good for goretex gear too.

I bought an RST waterproof one piece and find it a real struggle to wear it - I slide all over the seat in it and it flaps about and that irritates me - OK I know I'm overly sensitive but it is definitely the little things in life that rankle!
Are you sure you don't want textile 2 piece? Or perhaps go to TKMaxx and buy cheap skiing salopettes - waterproof and fabric just no armour or pockets for armour I guess ____________________ 'The core of a man's spirit comes from new experiences'

Well I am on my third pair of low-mid priced textile trousers and all of them have leaked if i ride for longer than about half hour in heavy rain. Now i know people will say well spend more in one go and get expensive ones that are actually waterproof like goretex or whatever but i honestly dont have the money for that Also my FT XTi jacket has been brilliant for over 3 years but has just started to give up in the rain and its getting a tad on the small side so i thought a thermal lined and armoured one peice will solve all of my problems...?
Also TCX sport waterproof boots are not waterproof, dont buy them haha ____________________ preivious : 2007 Skyjet 125 (died), 1991 gsf400 (problems, rotting in garden)
