indecators stop working

my indicators have stopped working on my nsr125rr its their a fuse box or something i should check to find out whats wrong Sad

there should be a few of um floating about check on your user manual and see hwere they are hidding

main fuse is located in the postive cable running form the battery, but its not that which is wrong because everythink would not work Smile

can,t remeber were the other secondary fuses are, but remove both rear side panels and have a look most bikes have them there and see if any have blown/burned out, should be in a little rubber holder or a small black box.

also have a look at your flasher relay, and check that it has,nt fryed its self, check with a multimeter

and finaly the inducator switch (handel bars) which could be getting stuck or the contacts are worn out/correded (differcult to get open, and fragel)

ooo yeah the relay i forgot to mention that sorry i had the same problem mine didnt flash at all n so i had to give the relay a good old hit back into the sockit n it worked Smile

Only one fuse on the NSR as far as I know which is right next to the battery on the right hand side. The relay for the indicator on my NSR is under the fuel tank on the left hand side.

it seems to be the flasher unit it costs £35 from honda i get it today and ill fit it and let you guys know how i get on it was located next to the cdi at the back of the bike under the seat. Smile

went to halfords and tryed lots of relays also went to hanna auto electrics and hand 1 of thir sparks try and find me a relay that worked most lit up the lights but did not flash.the flasher unit from my nsr super sprint is a mitsba fr-2201 12.8v 85c/m 10wX2+3.4w (10wX2+A.P).got it from honda and it worked no more hands signals coming of round abouts Very Happy
