As a genre, the wheels are too small. The weights all in the wrong place, and they lack the things that give you the kind of stability and control you need for a PTW.... but third class ridin beats first class walking.
And while the typical ped boi may be a typical tit, why should he take his mount seriousely when no-one else does!?
Enjoy. We all have to start some-where.
Just remember your CBT instruction, and dont be a tit on it!
There's enough idiots out there trying to kill us, as it is, without you saving them the effort! Make the buggers work for it!

Yeah, I hate how people always look at moped riders and automatically assume they're chavs, annoys me :/

Powerband jokes still? Yawn.

My girlfriend had one of these to get to college when she was 16, I used to love whipping about on it, could pretty much get anywhere without ever getting off full throttle.

It barely got up to 30mph so any kind of straight was evil, I used to nip to the shops in my full leathers on it, nothing cooler than being on a 50cc scoot in full leathers trying to get your knee down, but realising you need to go over 30mph to accomplish the task Very Happy

I disagree with teflon mike about weight distribution. Scooters have great distribution for nipping to the shops, as the weight is really low down.

A bit more power would be nice one day, but if you can only go at push bikes speeds, you are less likely to fuck up.

My sister bought one of these for her first bike. Knowing absolutly shit-all about mopeds, she bids on the first one she sees on ebay, and i end up spend over £150 and 2 weeks working on it. Was an absolute dog. In the end, i broke it for bits, sold most of it, burnt the rest Cool
They could be ok 'peds, but my only experience of them tells me they're horrific!

Laughing Hmm , well i have read what a lot of you are saying , and hey i own a kawasaki zx12r . But i never started on one Sad . Infact i rode around on a PUCH MAXI step through when i was 16yrs of age , im now 47 with many years of diffrent types of motorcycles under my belt and all because my puch maxi got me hooked on motorcycles..

I also have in my garage a yamaha neos , and hey its a good little moped .

BASICALY WHAT IM TRYING TO SAY GUYS , DOES IT REALY MATTER WHAT KIND OF MOTORCYCLE OR MOPED WE RIDE . ESPECIALY AT 16 ?.

We all have our bikes we would love to own . But its all down to the money ,

It will getting replaced come december with a 125, I have in mind a CG125 I think it is, don't wanna an rs125 really just want a bike I can ride and feel comfortable on it. But hey ho, gets me about for time being, I'm planning on just getting rid of the race pipe for a standard exhaust. Just finding someone selling a standard neos exhaust.

Personaly speaking , if i was you i would pass my test. That way it would give you a bigger choice . The honda cg 125 is ok and the engine is bomb proof ,well it was when it was jap made, and im not too sure on the brazilian build quality .

Really??? There was a long time ago in the land of bcf a vis of a guy on a small capacity bike 100 or 125 doing kd's an even elbow down cornering at silly low speeds. You weren't trying hard enough lol....
