Can't say I would have put *all* those things in at once, but if you liked the flavour, then its your option.
Next time, just try putting in one or two, as said above, different smaller combinations, and see which ones you like better.
I'm very fond of chicken soup.
Onion, carrot, thyme, chicken carcase.
Sorted.
I hardly ever put salt in stuff when cooking.
I tend to put it in at the last minute, as and when needed. ____________________ Not nearly as interesting in real life. |
