Riding with the choke down.

Does any major issues accure if i ride with the choke down?

I need the choke on a little bit to get off in first gear, then choke goes off again in all other gears and the Aprilia rs 125 drives normally.

It dies in first gear when i try move away even with idling high.

Its got a clean carb (had it ultra sounded a few days ago).
