No need to replace parts unless operation of the clutch is a problem. Almost every bike does it after a few thousand miles are on the clock... Perfectly normal.

Only thing i would add is, if the noise increases or your clutch becomes grabby it'll likely be the clutch basket. The tangs on the clutch plates hammer the slots in the basket. The tangs usually give-in way before the basket.

If it's making more and more noise, take the cover off and look at the clutch assembly. Take you an hour tops.
