Conked out the other day and now it ain't starting..

It's got a good spark, I stripped the carb down and cleaned
everything

What could it be :/?

if you've got a good spark then your looking at a fueling issue, have you checked to make sure you've got fuel going into the carb?

I took the spark plug out and it was black, spark plug was only 6 months old.. Should I replace it?

just clean it up with a wire brush if it still sparks well then it should be fine, have you tried the carb cleaner?
