starting problems 600bandit

Hi. I have a P reg Bandit. I went to start it the other day but the bike was dead. It had ignition lights but nothing else. No lights,indicators, horn and the engine wont start. The side stand switch has been disconnected before i had the bike. The ignition switch was faulty so Ive changed this but still no luck. Ive checked the fuses, block connections and the wiring the wiring around the headstock. Ive come to a dead end. Id appreciate any help. Thanks.

Forgot to say; its got a new battery. Since i wrote last ive also checked all other block connetors, the 30amp fuse and the connetions into the CDI. Cleaned all but still cant get any life. Any more ideas? Sad

Maybe there's a fault with your loom or an earth connection somewhere if it's knocking out all you've indicated. You could dig out a wiring diagram and a meter and check voltages and connectivity at various points. A PITA tho.

Hi all. Ive sorted the problem. There was a block connector under the right side panel that connected to earth. It was green! Cleaned it; bike sorted. Thank guys for taking the time.javascript:emoticon(' Razz
