ok ive had this problems for since i started racing again this year (about 10 weeks ago) and i notice my forks are real stiff they dont seem to squash down as mush as they used to.

ive tried adjusting the forks with the screws top and bottom i made them as soft as they can go ant still the same

any help ?

You've probably done this already but have you bled the air from them? I don't know what forks the CRF has but on my Gas Gas there's a air bleed screw on the top of the forks as air builds up over time making the forks harder.

thanks that might have done it i un screwed it and i could hear lots of air coming out , but hard to tell if its really done the job until i get back on the track

have you rebuilt the forks? heavier oil or too much oil?

im planing on rebuilding the forks in the winter anyway so not to fussed if they not really ''working'' at the mo , the oil needs changing aint changed it for a while now .
