So I managed to get my hands on a Blue Flame twin exit for £not-a-lot, it had been fitted to a bike by a professional bike mechanic who had used a strap that was too small (pinched and dinged the can) and had fitted the rear spindle from the wrong side, so the nut was rubbing the back of the can over bumps, what a fucking chimp Rolling Eyes

I offered it upto my bike and thought "hmmm, it would be short but if I can push those dings out.... So I set to with the dremel set to anhialate, I soon had no cutting discs left and an exhaust in many pieces, the inner perforated pipe is welded at both ends on these.

After some dent pushing, hand fileing, trial and lots of error followed by massageing the now shortened internal pipework with a hammer to fit both exits it was off to see a mate with a welder to get the internals welded to the exit tubes.
