Stupid question here - have you actually checked the spark plug to make sure you didn't jetwash inside it? I did the same thing with my xr, funny watching four or five guys trying in vain to start a bike when all it needed was a quick squirt with a compressor Rolling Eyes

Cover the entire area in wd40, HT lead, spark plug etc

Have you changed spark plug? If not, try a new one.. Could be coincidental that it died that day Laughing

Do you have a multimeter? Check the loom and work your way from the battery forwards.

Was last week the wash tho and all connections been dried also i have no battery on my bike
also kids broke my multimeter thats why i paid auto electrician

He did multimeter readings and he said cdi due to the wire that goes to ignition coil did not produce a reading

You paid for an auto electrician to diagnose your bike and you are mocking my contribution? I assumed that as you hadn't checked seeing as there was no mention of it in the OP. Silly me!

When you turn the key and start it does it attempt to crank over or is there nothing at all? Check the charge across the battery then start checking connections behind the headlight as its possible that some spray got up in there. Pull the connectors apart, check for any corrosion and give each side a squirt of WD40.

EDIT - no battery, no problem. Try and borrow a multimeter as its a lot cheaper than forking out for someone to fart around with your bike. Got a workshop manual for it?

EDIT 2 - See if this one works

No not mocking you contribution as i should of stated that a new plug was purchused
There is no key on my bike only one connection from the headlight
and this is unclipped anyway same with the stop button
and i havent managed to find anyone with a multimeter as of yet.

I do hav a manual for it https://www.ymenvom.nl/new/manuals/M5PH-30.PDF
page 604 electrics but would need a multimeter to check proper

Water in your killswitch, killswitch on?

Low tension leads to the coil, are the spade terminals green, if so, scrape them and reconnect.

Is the sparkplug cap screwed onto the lead properly? Remove it, cut a few mm of lead off and reconnect.

Kill switch removed so no interferance from that
also removed the whole loom and stripped it down drying all connections and wire

I did remove the cap and held it in my hand with bit of wire poking out and touching my skin and i did kick it and no shock

Is there a side stand cut-out switch? Or even a clutch lever cut-out switch?

I am surprised that a so called auto-electrician could not find the fault. They charge a lot more than the cost of a reasonable multi-meter from somewhere like Screwfix or Machine Mart.

Compare the part numbers -

https://www.ronayers.com/Fiche/TypeID/26/Type/GENERATOR_/MakeID/4/Make/Yamaha/YearID/42/Year/2001/ModelID/7741/Model/WR_250F/GroupID/368002/Group/GENERATOR_

But I would send the alternator to these people https://www.westcountrywindings.co.uk/ as they do a good quick turnaround on your existing coil former,so keeping the costs down.
