But the bike itself still needs not to be over 125..

If it's a twin, pull one of the spark plugs out. That might not satisfy Plod though - he's a bit of a pedant - so you'd be as well filling that cylinder with concrete.
If it's a single cylinder, then only fill it half way, obviously. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Better to use mortar, the stones in concrete will get stuck in the plug hole.

It is impossible.
If you are on 'L' plates, you cannot ride a motorcycle >125cc or >14.6bhp, unless you are on your DAS course, over 21 and being supervised by a trained instructor.

You're quite right. I was thinking of a mix with pea-gravel aggregate, but that's not technically concrete, and it's important to be precise - I shudder to think what would happen if you mis-mortared an engine.  ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

That link doesn't work.
The law is so bloody vuage. But a "0.16KW/Kg" restriction still doesn't answer it, you could have a a heavy bike and side car equating to 0.16KW/Kg but the bike could be 500cc, as long as the thing is 4 times heavier than a 125 with sidecar, I don't understand the sense.
I'm just reading through this though..
