well its a 2001 piaggio zip 50,
I think its been derestricted in the front cog, as i took it apart and there is no "O-ring" the nylon spacer, so as far as i can tell, nothing else has been done ____________________ Current : 06 Zx10r, 07 Wr450f SM, 74 850 norton commando, 63 bsa b40, 1962 Triton 650, 67 Triumph Tr6r, 1955 Triton 750, 1978 TY250E. |

The restriction which has the most affect on a zip is the o ring.
You cannot put bigger/smaller rollers in as they do not FIT in properly, but you can put heavier/lighter in.
I would reccomend keeping standard though, as if you put too light you will get no top end and if u go too heavy it will take too long in pull away, which you need.
To derestrict the exhaust cut off the tube which is a dead end, and hammer/weld closed.
Cut off the catalyst converter and weld over.
you are now fully derestricted, variator kit next if you have the money, then the 70cc big bore ____________________ 94 fzr600r |
