When are you cleaning and adjusting it?
It should have about 2cm - 2.5cm movement.
My CBR did a chain and sprocket set every ~10k...thats with a fair bit of abuse, not so much cleaning  |

Chain would stretch if it was too tight - try adjusting it to 30mm and see if that makes a difference over 2 weeks. ____________________ Honda Varadero XL125(V8)

Have you checked the tension at each 1/4 turn of the wheel to see if its the same, i remember being puzzled for ages with the Z to get the tightness right because it had tight and loose spots.
Try accurately measuring a set number of links, at least 18, and keep a record of it then check again at a later date for stretch. ____________________ Chase my Witch up, Catch my Snitch up.
