Downloading iTunes podcasts without iTunes

I want some new crap to listen to on long journeys. I've found some free podcasts on iTunes but I don't have iTunes or an ipod and I don't plan on getting them just for this purpose. Is there another way to do this?

I'm using arch so can compile or find most linux software, but also have access to windows xp.

Looks like I have found a simple tool to do this.

Enter iTunes feed url into Feed Flipper then use the output as you normally would.
